General Position Summary: We are currently seeking an innovative and experienced IT Support professional who is self-motivated, has good communication skills, an attention to detail, and will work to maintain and monitor the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Install and configure software and computer systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
IT Support Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred but not required.
1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Certifications are preferred, but not required.
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.

Job Conditions:
The work environment is a corporate office space but can occasionally require clinical visits and working indirectly with patients, clinical staff, and providers. Normal working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm weekdays. Working from home is appropriate at times as approved by the supervisor after the first 90 days of employment.
Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and ability to lift 25 pounds at times.
Pay and Benefits:
- $55,000 - $65,000 / year DOE

Schedules & Location:
- Full-time, ~40 hrs/week. - AFC Corporate Headquarters - 8060 SW Pfaffle St, Tigard, OR 97223, USA
Hybrid work schedule: At HQ in Tigard or at a clinic site four days a week, and one day fully remote.
Remote work available as organized by the supervisor. First 90-days will be required in-office full-time before a hybrid work schedule.
Reliable transportation for occasional travel to different office locations, clinics, or user workstations within the Portland-Vancouver area is required
Schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm weekdays. Intermittent on-call weekend availability for emergencies required.
