The role:
We are adding a Sales Administration Lead to our team in Kitchener, ON. This posting is for an existing vacancy. In this role, you will partner closely with the Regional Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the location while leading administrative processes that keep our business running efficiently. You will help deliver an exceptional client experience, guide process improvements, support team development, and ensure operational workflows are accurate, organized, and client-focused.

How you will spend your days:
- Enhancing the customer experience. You will meet the needs of our clients on-site, over the phone, and via email to ensure excellent service. You will be working in Microsoft Dynamics Nav to find inefficiencies and help to keep the workflow moving as well as help plan training and development sessions for the site team as well as yourself.
- Leading process improvement. You will develop and track KPIs that align with location targets. You will oversee and uphold process development and training for Technicians, Client Care Coordinators and Sales Administrators. You will become a subject matter expert in our internal inventory system. You will help manage workflow, ensure that accounts receivable is followed up on etc.
- Collaborating and Coordinating. You will manage all the details of client service to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved. You will follow up with clients and internal employees to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client records are complete and accurate. You will coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, quotes, payments, etc. You will work closely with the Warehouse Lead to ensure inventory is up to date. You will support a positive work culture and support the site Regional Manager in areas that need attention and carry out the work that is needed to support site operations.
What you bring:
- Experience. You have experience working in a fast-paced office or customer-facing environment where balancing multiple priorities is second nature. You are highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing competing demands throughout the day. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, confident learning new software and databases, and interested in building your knowledge within the healthcare and mobility industry.
- Interpersonal skills. YYou build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication. You remain calm under pressure and are comfortable responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email—often simultaneously. You enjoy supporting others, collaborating across teams, and finding solutions that create positive outcomes.
- Additional must-have requirements. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
