RevOps Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Architect based in the United States.

This is a strategic opportunity for a Revenue Operations expert to design scalable systems that help high-growth organizations optimize their revenue engines.
You will serve as the bridge between technology, data, and business processes, creating solutions that improve efficiency and customer experiences.
The role combines technical architecture, strategic consulting, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
You will guide complex projects, influence best practices, and help organizations maximize the value of their revenue technology ecosystems.
Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with talented professionals and support companies as they scale their operations.
This position is ideal for an experienced RevOps leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and staying ahead of emerging technology trends.

Accountabilities:

As a RevOps Architect, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of revenue operations solutions across complex technology environments. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, architect scalable solutions, and improve how revenue organizations operate through effective processes, integrations, and automation.

  • Own solution design for complex RevOps projects involving sales engagement platforms and related technologies, ensuring scalability, adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and other stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and evolve best practices around conversation intelligence, activity capture, forecasting, sales engagement, coaching workflows, reporting, and revenue analytics.
  • Architect integrations between revenue technology platforms such as Gong, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Slack, Snowflake, and other data systems.
  • Stay current on emerging sales technology trends, AI-powered automation opportunities, and platform capabilities to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, sharing insights on revenue technology and operational improvements.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to help strengthen team capabilities and solution delivery.
  • Support strategic discussions and help shape perspectives on how new technologies and product developments can impact revenue teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to build alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or business systems architecture, with the ability to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions. You should be comfortable leading complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and working across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, business systems, or related roles.
  • Significant experience designing and managing sales technology ecosystems and revenue architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools, including implementation, enablement, and data workflows.
  • Proven experience leading discovery processes, defining project scope, and aligning senior stakeholders around solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, reporting strategy, integrations, and operational workflows.
  • Experience applying lean and agile methodologies to improve processes and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external teams across technical and business functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or Systems Architect is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-driven automation and emerging technologies within the revenue operations space.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $140,000–$160,000 USD, with adjustments based on location and experience level.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity in addition to base compensation.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across eligible U.S. states and LATAM countries.
  • Opportunity to work with high-growth companies scaling their revenue operations capabilities.
  • Exposure to complex technology ecosystems and innovative RevOps strategies.
  • Collaborative team environment with experienced industry professionals.
  • Annual team offsite to connect, celebrate achievements, and plan future initiatives.
  • Dedicated employee development programs and career growth opportunities.
  • 100% employer-paid insurance premiums for eligible U.S. employees.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking culture focused on learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
