  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and technical leads on architecture standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure regulatory and operational requirements are met.
  • Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical decisions, reference designs, and implementation guidelines.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow innovations, including Now Assist, AI capabilities, and emerging platform features.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow architect with strong enterprise architecture skills, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology teams.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including significant experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, scripting, scoped applications, and platform internals.
  • Hands-on experience designing complex integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience architecting CMDB implementations, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security models, ACLs, roles, and enterprise governance practices.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow upgrades, release planning, and platform lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical strategy with business priorities and operational requirements.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent certifications.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities is a plus.
  • Exposure to multi-instance or multi-region ServiceNow environments and integrations with platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or SAP is preferred.

Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Full-time direct employment opportunity.
  • Career growth opportunities within a technology-focused environment.
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
