  • Proven experience managing complex B2B SaaS or technology sales cycles with enterprise customers.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, including experience with qualification, business cases, stakeholder mapping, and value selling.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to engage and influence Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts, expanding customer relationships, and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Strong account planning skills with the ability to translate customer objectives into measurable sales strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including solution engineering, customer success, professional services, product, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Ability to use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sales productivity, research, planning, and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment.

For Enterprise Account Executive candidates:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise customers, ideally managing organizations with 3,000+ employees.
  • Experience closing significant ARR opportunities through complex, multi-product sales processes.
