This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) based in United States.

This role supports the smooth execution of talent acquisition operations within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
The position plays a key part in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from recruitment through onboarding.
You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination across the hiring lifecycle.
The role combines operational excellence, process improvement, communication, and attention to detail to strengthen recruitment workflows.
You will contribute to projects that enhance the overall effectiveness and scalability of talent acquisition processes.

Accountabilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality experience for candidates and internal teams.

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to manage daily recruitment operations, including job openings, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.
  • Manage applicant tracking system activities, including candidate communication, requisition tracking, templates, workflows, and recruitment documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams while balancing schedules, priorities, and organizational needs.
  • Arrange candidate travel logistics when required, coordinate with external partners, and ensure timely processing of related expenses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment screening activities, including background checks, credential verification, and other required steps.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Support talent acquisition projects, initiatives, reporting, and process improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, training requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting recruitment or human resources operations. They should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and using technology to improve processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • Previous experience supporting Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition functions is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment coordination tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when managing candidate information and recruitment documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
