You will define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that connect customer needs with business objectives.
The role combines strategic thinking, market intelligence, cross-functional leadership, and customer insights to drive meaningful impact.
You will influence product direction, support revenue growth, and strengthen category leadership within a competitive technology landscape.
Working in a remote, high-growth environment, you will collaborate with teams across product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
This is an opportunity for an experienced product marketing leader to build scalable programs, develop teams, and elevate market influence.

Accountabilities:

As the Director, Product Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning, accelerate growth, and improve customer engagement. You will serve as a strategic partner across the organization, transforming market insights into impactful business initiatives and enabling teams with the tools needed for success.

  • Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across the platform portfolio to ensure consistency and differentiation.
  • Establish and enhance competitive intelligence practices while serving as a trusted expert on market trends and industry developments.
  • Translate customer insights, market analysis, and buyer needs into go-to-market strategies and product roadmap recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, customer segments, and user challenges through research, interviews, and direct engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution for product launches, major releases, and market initiatives.
  • Build scalable launch processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve execution across teams.
  • Align campaigns and messaging across content, demand generation, digital marketing, sales enablement, and field marketing initiatives.
  • Create impactful sales enablement resources, including messaging guides, competitive battlecards, presentations, and training programs.
  • Partner with revenue teams to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, win rates, and sales performance.
  • Manage analyst relations, industry briefings, research participation, and category positioning initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Requirements:

You are an experienced product marketing leader with a strong background in B2B technology environments and a proven ability to connect market strategy with business growth. You bring strategic vision, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence teams across an organization.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS environments with ownership of platform or multi-product portfolios.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing product marketing teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer-focused marketing programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform market data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience in privacy, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), compliance technology, LegalTech, eDiscovery, or related markets is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation range of CA$120,000 – CA$160,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from home.
  • Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and influence product and market direction.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across product, marketing, sales, and leadership functions.
  • Supportive environment focused on innovation, professional growth, and measurable impact.
