We are seeking a visionary product leader to take ownership of product strategy, execution, and innovation within a rapidly scaling technology environment.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact platform serving millions of users across Canada.
You will work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to define priorities, solve complex customer problems, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on product expertise, and business judgment.
You will lead product evolution across consumer experiences, AI-powered solutions, and market expansion initiatives.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial product executive who thrives in a high-ownership, AI-native, and growth-focused environment.

Accountabilities

The Director of Product will be responsible for driving product excellence from strategy through execution, ensuring that product decisions create measurable business and customer impact. You will partner closely with leadership, engineering, design, and operations teams to build scalable solutions and strengthen the product organization.

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across consumer-facing products, brokerage solutions, and AI-driven experiences.
  • Identify and solve high-impact customer and business problems, taking initiatives from discovery and design through launch and measurement.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, including user growth, engagement, retention, monetization, and customer experience quality.
  • Establish AI as a core part of product development by leveraging AI tools and building AI-powered experiences directly into workflows.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the product organization while raising standards across product thinking, prioritization, and execution.
  • Drive product decisions supporting geographic expansion, market fit, and evolving customer needs across different regions and segments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational teams to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and make high-impact strategic decisions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong track record of building impactful technology products, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution and commercial understanding.

  • Extensive experience leading product teams and managing significant product areas within a high-growth technology company or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior leadership level, shaping company-wide product strategy and influencing business direction.
  • Strong AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI tools and delivering AI-powered products or features.
  • Deep expertise in product management disciplines, including product vision, roadmap planning, prioritization, user research, experimentation, and delivery.
  • Strong business acumen with experience understanding market dynamics, revenue models, unit economics, competitive positioning, and commercial strategy.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to independently analyze insights and translate data into product decisions.
  • Systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to understand complex dependencies and identify areas of highest impact.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams and multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in real estate technology, marketplaces, consumer platforms, transaction-based products, or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Previous experience as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage operator is considered an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Highly competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities aligned with experience.
  • Opportunity to directly influence the product strategy of a leading technology platform in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Fully remote role available across Canada with flexible working arrangements.
  • Generous vacation allowance to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, virtual care, and travel coverage.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and impact within a lean, innovative, and AI-focused organization.
  • Opportunity to work in an environment that values experimentation, challenges traditional approaches, and encourages new ways of working.
