Job Summary: The Production Dishwasher is primarily responsible for the cleaning of all equipment, dishes, and utensils for Bread Production and the Commissary Kitchen (Seattle). The Production Dishwasher prepares ingredients for use in Bread Production. The Dishwasher is responsible for adhering to all FSMA and sanitation requirements.
Pay: $22.68 per hour
Part-time positionNon-exempt, eligible for overtime roleSupervision: The Dishwasher is directly managed by the Production Shift Manager and is also accountable to the Production Shift Lead.
Specific requirements: Must be able to work Sunday/Monday.
Schedule requirements: Grand Central Bakery operates 7 days a week/365 days a year. Schedule flexibility and the ability to work weekends is required.

Functional Responsibilities:
· Washes all Bread Production, Break Room, and Commissary dishes
· Maintains a clean and organized work station
· Prepares ingredients for use in Bread Production, i.e. chopping herbs or other ingredients
· Is aware of department and company financial goals

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English required
· Maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times and follows health department guidelines at all times.
· Must demonstrate regular attendance by coming to work on scheduled working days and being on time. May be required to work a variety of days and shifts to meeting business need including weekends and holidays.
· HS diploma/GED preferred
· Professional experience as a dishwasher preferred

Environmental Conditions:
· This position works in a building shared with production facilities is constantly exposed to wheat flour dust and other grain dusts (rye, corn, oat).
· This position walks up to the equivalent of two miles per shift. This position stands for 100% of the shift worked.
