$18.40 - Training
$25.00 - After Training
$26.50 - After 90 days

Current Armed DC SPO Certification

Position Overview:
SPOs are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, managing access control, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents. The role includes identifying threats, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe environment for all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform foot, vehicle, and post patrols to deter threats and maintain order
-Enforce access protocols and respond to alarms/emergencies
-Complete reports and document all significant incidents\
-Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and supervisors
-De-escalate conflicts and maintain professional conduct in all interactions

Qualifications:
-Active Armed DC SPO Certification (required)
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-High school diploma or GED
-Strong written, verbal, and observational skills
