Enterprise Application Administrator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Application Administrator in Canada.

As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you will manage cloud-based platforms, improve system performance, and help ensure seamless integrations across multiple tools and services. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, enhance workflows, and support organizational efficiency. Accountabilities:
  • Administer and maintain enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other cloud-based platforms to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting incidents, responding to service requests, and resolving technical issues for internal users.
  • Support integration workflows by collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve data flow and connectivity issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
  • Perform data imports, exports, maintenance, and validation activities to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Assist with application upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing system enhancements in collaboration with developers and vendors.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and workflow documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, recommend improvements, and support scalable enterprise solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise application administration or support roles involving platforms such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications, enterprise system administration, and integration concepts.
  • Basic experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and data workflows, including tools such as Azure Functions or Data Factory.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while remaining adaptable to evolving technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
