Job Description
NLP Logix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation, digital marketing, social media, content, and event-related marketing activities.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will help execute campaigns that build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, collaborative, and interested in B2B technology, AI, data science, or consulting services.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and event channels.
- Create and coordinate campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, newsletters, and event materials.
- Assist with social media planning and execution, especially on LinkedIn.
- Help coordinate webinars, trade shows, conferences, speaking engagements, and other marketing events.
- Support paid digital campaigns, website updates, and basic SEO efforts.
- Work with sales and subject matter experts on campaign messaging, event follow-up, and lead handoff.
- Track basic campaign performance metrics, including engagement, lead volume, conversions, and event outcomes.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, contact lists, and marketing materials.
- Bring forward new ideas to improve awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- 2–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, consulting, professional services, or SaaS.
- Experience supporting digital marketing, lead generation, social media, content, or event marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other business-focused social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of campaign tracking, lead generation, and marketing performance metrics.
- Exposure to email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with sales, marketing, leadership, and subject matter experts.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, data science, and technology consulting.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars, or speaking events.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and landing page best practices.
- Experience creating or coordinating B2B content such as blogs, case studies, social posts, newsletters, or event promotions.
