What You'll Do
Build Customer Relationships & Drive Sales
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Develop trusted relationships through consultative conversations
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through follow-up
- Educate customers on products, applications, and solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to long-term partnerships
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives
Support Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM systems
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Share ideas that improve processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance
Contribute as a Team Player
- Support team initiatives and special projects

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, retail sales, call center, or other customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment
Preferred
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or related industries
- Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms such as Five9
- Demonstrated success with upselling, cross-selling, or account growth
- Experience in consultative sales environments
