OVERVIEW

The Men’s Fitness Attendant provides customer service and maintains cleanliness standards for the Men’s Fitness department. This role creates a welcoming and safe environment for all Members and Guests.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide personalized customer service by promptly and knowledgeably addressing inquiries, assisting members with orientations, and resolving member issues

· Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the locker room and sports shop, ensuring a hygienic and secure environment for all users

· Maintain inventory for the department, stocking and replenishing supplies as necessary

· Perform safety and security tasks, including handling emergency calls and reporting any injuries or theft incidents promptly

· Take an active role in ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and facilities, promptly addressing any maintenance or repair needs in the conditioning area

· Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service setting

· High school diploma or equivalent

· CPR Certification preferred

· Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
