Job Description

Description:

Are you an HR professional who wants more than a traditional Generalist role?

Do you have a strong foundation in Human Resources, a passion for recruiting, and the drive to become a well-rounded HR professional? If you're someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants your career to grow as the company grows, we'd like to meet you.

About Allure

Allure Lifestyles Communities is a dynamic, growing property management company overseeing a national portfolio of active adult, independent living, and traditional multifamily communities.

We believe great companies are built by great people—and great people leaders never stop learning.

Our culture is built around four CORE Values: Integrity • Positive Intensity | Grit | Accountability

We are a fast-moving organization that values initiative, thoughtful problem-solving, collaboration, and people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and make a difference.

Why This Role Is Different

You will have the opportunity to develop broad HR expertise while working directly with leaders across the organization and taking ownership of meaningful projects. You'll build on your existing strengths in talent acquisition while developing deeper expertise in employee relations & investigations, performance management, HR compliance, employee benefits & payroll administration, training & leadership development, employee engagement and HR analytics. You don't need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who is curious enough to learn it.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and community positions.
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Continuously improve sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and candidate experience.
  • Use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes and identify opportunities.

Employee Relations & Leadership Support

  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with investigations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Coach leaders on communication, documentation, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Help managers become better, more confident people leaders.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Build expertise across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, time & attendance, leave administration, and HRIS processes using Paylocity.
  • Assist with policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across our multi-state workforce.
  • Help build HR infrastructure that can scale with our growth.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training and development opportunities.
  • Support manager training and leadership development initiatives.
  • Help create opportunities for employee growth, career development, and internal mobility.
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with approximately 5 years of progressive HR experience and solid talent acquisition skills, who is ready for the next step in their career.

You should bring:

  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgment and discretion and a high level of initiative and follow-through
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with leaders and influencing without authority
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology such as Paylocity
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Experience with a multi-site or multi-state organization, Paylocity or another HRIS/payroll platform, employee relations, investigations, or employment law is a plus. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is also a plus.

But here's the important part: we are more interested in your potential, drive, judgment, curiosity, and ability to learn than whether you've checked every box. Your growth is limited far more by your initiative than by your job description.

Location & Schedule

Radnor/Philadelphia, PA

Our office is expected to relocate to Philadelphia in 2026 or potentially the first quarter of 2027. The Radnor location will therefore be the primary work location through the transition. This is an on-site position - working in the office five days per week is required.

If you're an ambitious HR professional who wants to build something, make an impact, and become a stronger HR leader, we'd love to hear from you.
