POSITION: Human Resources Business Partner
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

MANNA is a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia that provides nutrition services to improve health for people with serious illnesses who need nourishment to heal. By providing medically tailored meals and nutrition education, we empower people to improve their health and quality of life.
SUMMARY: The Human Resources Business Partner will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. HR functions include, strategic initiatives, payroll, full cycle recruitment, employee performance evaluation cycle, staff development and discipline, training and professional development, benefits, FMLA, Disability and employee relations..
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Propose, oversee, and manage the HR budget in collaboration with the CFO.
- Provide support and guidance to management and supervisors on performance management issues including annual performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and termination.
- Participate in performance management meetings, as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

WORK LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
All positions at MANNA are considered in-house and primarily on-site to support operational needs and collaboration.
Positions designated under an A/B schedule will continue to operate on a rotating on-site schedule, with employees working on-site every other day as assigned.
Positions previously approved for a remote work arrangement of one (1) day per week will continue under that structure, subject to ongoing operational needs.

All offers of employment at MANNA are contingent upon successful results of our standard credentialing process, which includes a criminal background investigation, a drug screen, reference checks, and provider mandated exclusion checks. Nights and weekends may be required as necessary to support MANNA events and other fundraising activities.
SALARY: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
