Job Description

Senior Content Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Content Manager based in United States.

This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of learning and technical content within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
You will design and deliver structured learning experiences that turn complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content for diverse learner profiles.
The role combines instructional design, content production, project management, and close collaboration with technical subject matter experts.
You will own assigned content initiatives from concept and learning design through production, quality assurance, and LMS delivery.
Working across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Training, and Marketing, you will help keep learning experiences accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving products.
You will also contribute to shared standards, scalable workflows, and AI-enabled content practices that improve the team's efficiency and quality.
This role offers significant autonomy for a highly organized content professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities
  • Own assigned content projects end-to-end, covering learning design, production, quality review, publishing, and LMS delivery.
  • Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs tailored to different learner personas and skill levels, from beginner through advanced.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy to create content with clear and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with subject matter experts across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, ensuring technical accuracy and practical relevance.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for learners with different levels of technical expertise.
  • Manage production workflows, including scripting, multimedia development, review cycles, revisions, and publishing.
  • Maintain accountability for content quality, including instructional effectiveness, consistency of tone, technical accuracy, and incorporation of learner feedback.
  • Contribute to instructor-led training initiatives by developing storyboards, delivery scripts, and alignment between instructor-led and on-demand learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with other Senior Content Managers to maintain shared style guidelines, templates, production standards, and quality expectations.
  • Track and report project-level metrics such as module releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and content validation.
  • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve content production, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to team-wide documentation, processes, and workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on content launches and positioning, while partnering with cross-functional teams on shared learning initiatives and certification programs.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, learning development, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own content initiatives from initial concept and instructional design through production, quality assurance, and delivery.
  • Strong foundation in instructional design, with the ability to structure learning experiences around measurable outcomes rather than simply presenting information.
  • Experience managing multimedia content production workflows, including video, interactive learning content, visual design, and related media.
  • Proven ability to work directly with subject matter experts and translate complex technical concepts into content that is accessible to learners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and review cycles independently.
  • Proficiency with modern content creation and learning management tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Notion, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Training, and Marketing.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, open-source technologies, or technical SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and production workflows is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 USD.
  • Equity participation, allowing employees to share in the company's success.
  • Fully remote, flexible-first working environment designed to support work-life balance.
  • Choice of equipment and tools to create a personalized and effective work setup.
  • Twice-yearly regional and global in-person gatherings and offsites.
  • Opportunities to contribute to a fast-growing cybersecurity and technology environment.
  • Professional growth opportunities through meaningful ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity and welcoming talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
