- Analyze and assess documents and metadata from various repositories, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, duplicates, and obsolete records that may impact migration quality.
- Define and document mapping rules, normalization logic, controlled vocabularies, classification structures, and enrichment requirements to support structured content migration.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and document control functions to align engineering, asset, and operational data with AIM/EIM solution frameworks.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities by documenting rules, decisions, and outcomes to ensure traceable and reliable migration results.
- Produce clear reporting, metrics, and recommendations on content readiness, risks, and remediation priorities to support informed decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in oil & gas or another process industry environment, ideally with owner/operator exposure.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, content migration, document control, records management, or asset information roles.
- Hands-on experience with document or enterprise content management systems such as OpenText Content Server, Livelink, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, document control standards, and engineering or operational documentation.
- Experience supporting data assessment, content cleanup, migration preparation, validation, or user acceptance testing activities.
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Post-secondary education in business, information management, IT, engineering technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid open work permit (no visa sponsorship available).
- Remote work flexibility within Canada (and the USA where applicable).
- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation and enterprise information management initiatives.
- Inclusive, respectful, and diverse work environment with equal opportunity hiring practices.
- Supportive culture that values accessibility and accommodations throughout the hiring process.
- Exposure to complex, high-impact data and content migration programs in industrial and engineering contexts.
