You will define and drive the roadmap for talent technology solutions that power end-to-end employee and candidate experiences across a global organization. Working closely with HR, enterprise systems, and data teams, you will translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and intelligent workflows. The position blends product ownership, program leadership, and strategic technology planning, with a strong focus on AI adoption and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring talent platforms are optimized, integrated, and delivering measurable business value. This is a highly cross-functional role where innovation, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder alignment are essential to success.
In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of talent technology solutions, ensuring they deliver scalable, efficient, and AI-enabled outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end talent technology product portfolio supporting talent acquisition, development, onboarding, and global mobility
- Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, balancing priorities to maximize scalability, efficiency, and user experience
- Lead full product lifecycle management from discovery and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
- Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and data partners
- Ensure talent systems, integrations, and workflows are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational needs
- Act as the primary product owner for talent technology solutions, aligning stakeholders across HR, systems, and vendors
- Drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value realization from talent technology investments
- Partner with data and analytics teams to measure impact and inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Enable and scale responsible AI capabilities across talent workflows in alignment with enterprise AI strategy
- Oversee data governance and compliance practices within talent systems in collaboration with security and policy teams
- Monitor industry trends in HR technology and AI to inform innovation and roadmap evolution
- Support vendor management, including contract alignment, renewals, and solution lifecycle decisions
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HR technology, product/program management, and cross-functional leadership within complex, data-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology, talent systems, product management, or program management in enterprise environments
- Strong experience working with HR/talent platforms such as HCM, LMS, performance, or talent marketplace systems
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable product and technical solutions
- Strong understanding of AI/ML-enabled capabilities and their application in enterprise workflows
- Experience working with data, analytics, and insights teams to drive decision-making and measure impact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across senior and cross-functional groups
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard) is an asset
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations and complex transformation environments
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including privacy, bias mitigation, and governance considerations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
