Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation projects across multiple clouds and workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with Program Managers to manage cross-project dependencies, escalations, and governance consistency across initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, executive summaries, and steering committee materials.
  • Oversee full project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking, resource allocation, and change order control.

  • Facilitate communication and reporting cadences across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all organizational levels.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams including developers, architects, QA, and business analysts across distributed environments.
  • Support continuous improvement in delivery practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks across projects.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex IT or Salesforce implementation projects, ideally within a consulting or system integrator environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
  • Proven experience managing project financials, including SOW alignment, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams in complex digital transformation or enterprise delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at both operational and executive levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and location.
  • Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere within Canada.
  • Comprehensive benefits package aligned with industry standards.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale global Salesforce transformation programs.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment with strong support for professional growth.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level clients and complex multi-cloud implementations.
  • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, transformation, and continuous learning.
  • Strong commitment to accessibility and workplace accommodations.
