This role sits at the center of large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives, where you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-cloud implementations across diverse workstreams. You will act as a key delivery leader, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, budget, and quality while maintaining strong governance across all phases of execution. Working closely with program leadership, you will coordinate interdependent projects and ensure consistency in reporting, risk management, and delivery standards. The position requires a strong balance of technical understanding, financial oversight, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will engage directly with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to ensure transparency, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on strategic objectives. This is a highly visible role where your leadership directly impacts the success of enterprise digital transformation programs.
Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation projects across multiple clouds and workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate closely with Program Managers to manage cross-project dependencies, escalations, and governance consistency across initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, executive summaries, and steering committee materials.
- Oversee full project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking, resource allocation, and change order control.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Facilitate communication and reporting cadences across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all organizational levels.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams including developers, architects, QA, and business analysts across distributed environments.
- Support continuous improvement in delivery practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks across projects.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing complex IT or Salesforce implementation projects, ideally within a consulting or system integrator environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
- Proven experience managing project financials, including SOW alignment, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams in complex digital transformation or enterprise delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at both operational and executive levels.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.
