SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a School Nurse Services Credential to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in Paramount, CA, for the duration of the 2026 summer school session.
Position Highlights- Rate of Pay: $58-$65 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
- School Setting
- Conduct student vision screenings and hearing screenings
- 2026 ESY Session (summer school ) June 8 through July 9 - Monday through Thursday
- 6 daily hours

Requirements: What YOU Need- Active License as a Registered Nurse in California
- Valid California School Nurse Services Credential required
- Must have experience conducting vision and hearing screenings.
- Must be able to perform a range of duties that include, but are not limited to: conducting health reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Must pass LiveScan/Fingerprinting
- New TB Test to be completed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete IEP (Individualized Education Plan) documentation and communicate effectively with team members
