This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, product-led organization focused on hiring exceptional technical talent across Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, Data, Security, and other adjacent disciplines. You will play a key role in shaping how senior and staff-level technical hiring is executed across North America, partnering closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and deeply focused on quality of hire over volume. You will own end-to-end recruiting strategy for complex searches while influencing hiring processes at scale. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and brings structure to evolving recruiting challenges. The role blends strategic advisory work with hands-on execution in a high-growth, engineering-driven environment.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and staff-level technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security, QA, and related functions, ensuring a high bar for talent quality and alignment with business needs.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders, founders, and hiring managers to define hiring needs, shape role requirements, and build effective, scalable recruiting strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including market mapping, proactive outreach, and talent pipeline development for highly competitive technical profiles.
- Drive structured, high-quality hiring processes by coaching stakeholders on interviewing best practices, evaluation standards, and candidate experience excellence.
- Analyze hiring data and recruiting funnel metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency, improve conversion rates, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches with varying complexity, balancing urgency, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations across the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting systems, tools, and processes in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within SaaS or product-led technology companies hiring engineering-heavy teams.
- Proven success hiring senior and staff-level technical talent across Engineering and adjacent technical disciplines such as Product, Data, Security, or Design.
- Strong ability to operate autonomously, owning searches end-to-end while influencing senior stakeholders and technical leaders.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, talent market mapping, and building pipelines for highly specialized or competitive roles.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in identifying high-signal technical talent and differentiating exceptional candidates from strong ones.
