This role sits at the heart of a high-growth, fast-moving Talent Acquisition environment, focused on scaling sales and go-to-market teams through exceptional hiring execution. You will act as a strategic and hands-on recruiting partner, owning full-cycle hiring for high-volume roles while ensuring speed, quality, and a best-in-class candidate experience. The position requires strong collaboration with hiring managers and talent stakeholders to define needs, refine sourcing strategies, and drive consistent hiring outcomes. You will play a key role in building diverse, high-performing talent pipelines in a competitive market. This is an opportunity to directly impact business growth by enabling the expansion of critical revenue-generating teams.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for sales development and other high-volume roles, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring experience from sourcing through offer. You will partner closely with hiring managers and talent teams to align on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and evaluation criteria, while maintaining consistent communication throughout the process.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and candidate closure for high-volume roles
  • Proactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn, referrals, networking channels, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, align expectations, and ensure structured and effective hiring processes
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are embedded throughout sourcing and selection activities
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring clean pipeline tracking, requisition updates, and recruiting metrics visibility
  • Support consistent recruiting processes, compliance standards, and candidate experience excellence
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional, and engaging experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements

This role requires strong full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-volume, sales, or go-to-market environments. You bring a proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, startup, or corporate environments, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social networks
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and productivity tools like Google Workspace
  • Solid understanding of structured interviewing, fair hiring practices, and unbiased candidate evaluation techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Benefits
  • Remote-first flexibility across Canada
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact, revenue-generating team growth
  • Exposure to fast-scaling, high-performance talent acquisition environments
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on learning and development
  • Access to modern recruiting tools and structured hiring frameworks
  • Competitive compensation aligned with contract market standards
  • Opportunity to build expertise in high-volume and GTM recruitment strategies.
