The Content Lead will take ownership of developing and executing a content ecosystem focused on startup founders and talent leaders. This role requires a strong writer who can balance creativity, audience understanding, and strategic distribution to create high-quality resources that drive engagement and brand authority.

• Build and own a startup-focused content strategy, defining the direction, voice, and purpose of a new blog initiative.
• Research and create valuable content using SEO insights, AI-driven search optimization opportunities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Publish consistent, high-quality written content that supports startup hiring leaders with practical guidance and actionable resources.
• Develop a strategic approach for social channels, creating content tailored specifically for startup audiences rather than simply repurposing existing materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, marketing, and customer-facing stakeholders, to identify content opportunities and audience needs.
• Create resources that support community programs, events, and engagement initiatives with startup ecosystems.
• Own audience development by understanding the evolving needs of founders and talent leaders and building content around those needs.
• Maintain a strong brand voice while experimenting with new content formats, distribution channels, and emerging search behaviors.

• Strong experience in content creation, content marketing, editorial strategy, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing skills with a passion for producing high-quality content regularly.
• Deep interest in startups, recruiting, talent strategy, and the challenges faced by growing companies.
• Experience developing content strategies, editorial calendars, and publishing workflows from concept to execution.
• Understanding of SEO principles and emerging AI-powered search optimization (AEO) approaches.
• Ability to translate customer insights, research, and business priorities into compelling content.
• Comfortable owning an audience strategy rather than focusing only on a specific content format.
• Strong judgment and creativity, with the ability to maintain brand quality while adapting to changing algorithms and trends.
