The Technical Sourcer will own top-of-funnel talent acquisition activities, creating scalable sourcing strategies and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines. This role requires strong research skills, creativity in outreach, and close partnership with recruiting teams to support current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source candidates across technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines aligned with current openings and future hiring priorities.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create personalized outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the organization’s mission, values, and opportunities.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification when needed to identify strong potential matches.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the ATS while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Share market intelligence, sourcing trends, candidate insights, and pipeline updates with recruiting stakeholders.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, processes, and engagement techniques to increase hiring effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive sourcing professional who can identify and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets. They should have strong communication skills, a curiosity for recruiting innovation, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines in a dynamic environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, business development, or a related talent-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
- Ability to identify, research, and engage passive candidates effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create personalized outreach messages at scale.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple roles and candidate pipelines.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruiting practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
- Experience sourcing technical or hard-to-fill roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is beneficial.
- Competitive contract compensation of approximately $5,000 per month, plus incentives and bonuses.
