This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Farmer Parcerias (Pleno) based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building and expanding a high-impact ecosystem of strategic partners that directly contribute to business growth and revenue generation. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving joint business initiatives in a consultative and structured way. The position combines commercial acumen with relationship management, requiring the ability to engage stakeholders, support negotiations, and ensure partner success throughout their journey. You will be responsible for activating new partners, maximizing existing accounts, and ensuring consistent performance through data-driven decision-making. This is a highly dynamic role where autonomy, ownership, and strategic thinking are essential. You will work closely with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure partner-led growth is fully leveraged. It is an opportunity to directly influence expansion and revenue in a fast-scaling, data-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and strengthen strategic partner relationships, ensuring engagement, retention, and business generation.
  • Lead onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring activation and alignment with commercial strategies.
  • Support partners in negotiations, presentations, and joint business development initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, identifying growth opportunities, upsell potential, and revenue expansion.
  • Track and analyze performance indicators, engagement metrics, and opportunity generation, proposing corrective and growth actions.
  • Design and execute relationship programs, training sessions, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to drive demand.
  • Identify market opportunities and support the creation of new partnership channels and revenue streams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in account management, partnership development, or commercial relationship roles.
  • Strong background in consultative B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Experience in onboarding, activation, and development of clients or partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial management platforms.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience using AI tools to support productivity, prospecting, or sales operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, data-driven, or subscription-based businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or financial services or credit markets is a differential.
