Regional Sales Manager, Linen & Uniform Management Solutions NAM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Linen & Uniform Management Solutions NAM based in United States.

This is a quota-carrying business development role focused on accelerating growth across the North American linen, textile services, commercial laundry, and hospitality markets. You will build strategic relationships with national and regional accounts while creating new opportunities for RFID-enabled textile solutions and connected management technologies. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, partner development, and long-cycle opportunity conversion. You will work closely with sales, product, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams to develop compelling solutions and remove barriers to adoption. Success will depend on your ability to identify high-value opportunities, quantify business impact, and turn complex customer needs into profitable, repeatable revenue. This remote opportunity also provides visibility across a global organization and significant scope to influence market growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive the North American growth strategy across targeted commercial laundries, linen suppliers, textile service providers, distributors, resellers, and selected hospitality accounts.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts and increasing RFID textile tag volume.
  • Develop executive-level relationships and detailed account plans for priority national and regional customers, including revenue, volume, conversion, and growth objectives.
  • Create repeatable partner propositions connecting RFID-enabled linen and laundry operations with linen and uniform management solutions.
  • Generate partner- and supplier-led introductions to hotel owners, operators, procurement teams, and property-level decision-makers while coordinating effectively with regional sales teams.
  • Lead customer discovery, identify operational challenges, quantify financial and business value, engage economic buyers, and establish clear decision processes and close plans.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial frameworks, forecasts, and volume commitments that support sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product management, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, account activity, forecasts, next steps, and close dates in Salesforce while consistently delivering against assigned sales targets.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events and develop a strong understanding of competitive, customer, and market trends.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations that can support product, sales, and business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience in commercial laundry, linen supply, textile services, hospitality, or a closely related industry.
  • Experience managing national or multi-location accounts and working through both direct and partner-led sales channels.
  • Demonstrated success selling operational solutions, consumables, technology, or services through a consultative, value-based, and ROI-focused sales approach.
  • Experience with RFID or connected technologies is advantageous, with the ability to learn and communicate technical solutions effectively being essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  • Proven ability to identify and open new accounts and convert complex, long-cycle opportunities into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of commercial laundry, linen supply, textile services, or hospitality operations and their underlying economics.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with business owners, senior operators, procurement leaders, hotel executives, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities, including discovery, value quantification, business-case development, negotiation, and executive-level closing.
  • Ability to manage national and regional accounts while coordinating effectively with geographic sales owners and internal teams.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools, particularly Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Results-oriented, self-directed approach with the ability to work effectively in a flexible, remote environment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $95,000–$125,000 in the United States.
  • On-target earnings of up to $200,000.
  • Competitive rewards and benefits package.
  • Competitive annual leave offering designed to support work-life balance.
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available.
  • Extensive career development opportunities, training, and professional growth resources.
  • Opportunity to work as part of a global organization and collaborate with teams across international markets.
  • Inclusive and welcoming work environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Opportunities to contribute to innovative technology solutions spanning hardware, software, and services.
  • Potential for local, regional, and international career development within a large global organization.
