This role is a hands-on opportunity to strengthen identity, endpoint security, and data governance across a cloud-first enterprise environment.
You will help protect critical systems by optimizing identity controls, authentication, device management, and security policies.
The position works across Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
You will assess existing configurations, identify security gaps, and implement improvements aligned with enterprise best practices.
The role also contributes to compliance initiatives and requires strong documentation and disciplined change-management practices.
You will collaborate across security and technology functions while troubleshooting complex identity and endpoint challenges.

• Review and optimize identity and access management across Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and AWS.
• Assess and strengthen SSO, MFA, YubiKey authentication, privileged access controls, break-glass accounts, account lockout policies, inactive session controls, Self-Service Password Reset, and automated account lifecycle management.
• Review Microsoft Defender configurations and security logging integrations with monitoring platforms such as DataDog.
• Evaluate and enhance Microsoft Intune configurations, device compliance policies, Wi-Fi restrictions, and MDM/BYOD management practices.
• Review and improve data retention policies across platforms including Gmail, Google Chat, Slack, NetSuite, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Support litigation hold processes and related data governance requirements.
• Apply security best practices across identity, endpoint, and access management environments.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation covering configurations, controls, procedures, and security processes.
• Follow formal change-management procedures when implementing or modifying security configurations.
• Troubleshoot identity, access, endpoint, authentication, and device-management issues while contributing to broader security and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, endpoint administration, or closely related security functions.
• Strong practical experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Solid experience with AWS IAM and cloud-based identity environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint security administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and enterprise security monitoring and logging integrations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing SSO, MFA, YubiKey authentication, privileged access controls, and endpoint security policies.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication controls, device compliance, and enterprise access governance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain security concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar security and compliance frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft, AWS, Google Workspace, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
