Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Freehold, NJ.

⭐ Pediatric Case Details
Freehold, NJ
- Pediatric patient with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD
- Skilled nursing needs include:
- G-tube care and feedings
- Compression vest treatments
- PRN oxygen administration
- Chest port monitoring and care
- Requires vigilant assessment, monitoring, and coordination with family and healthcare providers
⭐ What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and manage G-tube feedings and care
- Assess respiratory status and provide PRN oxygen support
- Assist with airway clearance therapies including compression vest treatments
- Monitor for seizure activity and implement seizure precautions
- Assess for changes in condition and communicate findings appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with family members, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team
- Support the patient's safety, comfort, and overall quality of life
⭐ Pay Rate
LPN: Up to $40/hr
⭐ What You Bring
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Experience with G-tube care preferred
- Pediatric home care experience a plus
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
