6 North is an inpatient unit for Medical-Surgical patients,

Nurses in this department are highly valued, as they can provide extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including telemetry/cardiology, respiratory, neurology, trauma, orthopedics, and oncology,

Qualifications:

New Graduate Residency Program

Certifications and Licenses Required:

NJ RN License

BLS

ACLS

NIH

Scheduling Requirement:

7:00AM-7:30PM (36 hr/week)

Every other weekend

Rotating holidays

Essential Functions:

Ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care

Perform, adapt and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures

Administers medications accurately and safely

Documents according to policies and procedures

Performs, demonstrates and documents technical skills specific to the nursing unit,
