We’re growing fast and need a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional to join our team and lead the charge in building strong partnerships with dealerships, fleet managers, and business owners across the Front Range.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business: Target car dealerships, commercial fleets, and businesses with 10+ vehicles to expand our customer base.
  • Own the Relationship: Be the go-to partner for decision-makers, offering creative solutions and delivering on promises.
  • Grow Revenue: Hit the road, meet face-to-face, and close deals that help our clients look good and run efficiently.
  • Be the Expert: Conduct product training for dealership staff, showcase vehicle upgrades, and educate fleet managers on cost-effective solutions.
  • Stay Connected: Use our CRM to track leads, follow up with prospects, and keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Represent Our Brand: Be the face of Autoplex—professional, responsive, and driven to deliver a world-class experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Typical earnings $75K–$125K+)

What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Success: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, accessories, or fleet upfitting services
  • High Energy & Hustle: Self-starter who thrives on closing deals and building lasting relationships
  • Customer-First Attitude: You understand that fast responses and creative solutions set you apart
  • Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and able to connect with people at every level
  • Organized & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems to track activity and results
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean record
