Job Summary:

The CCC Sales Representative handles inbound sales leads, makes initial contact with guests, identifies their needs, and connects them with the appropriate sales team member to complete the sales process. This role communicates with guests by phone, text, email, and online messaging, monitors AI-assisted conversations assigned to them, and maintains accurate records of guest interactions.

Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize inbound sales leads and respond promptly and professionally.
• Make initial contact with guests, gather relevant information, and identify their vehicle interests and purchasing needs.
• Assign and route sales opportunities according to the dealership’s lead distribution procedures.
• Monitor assigned AI-assisted conversations and step in when personal assistance or clarification is needed.
• Answer basic vehicle, availability, and dealership promotion questions, involving the sales team when additional information is required.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments and communicate relevant guest details to the assigned salesperson.
• Document guest interactions, appointments, and lead assignments accurately in the dealership’s CRM.
• Assist with follow-up and guest requests as needed, while keeping new inbound opportunities the priority.
• Stay familiar with dealership inventory, current promotions, and communication tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A friendly, professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize a high volume of inbound inquiries.
• Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and AI-assisted communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
