We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Service Technician - Hot Food Equipment to join our team. This role involves evaluating, repairing, and maintaining cooking equipment such as gas and electric ranges, ovens, fryers, and kettles. The ideal candidate will ensure all service requests are completed promptly within company service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the condition of cooking equipment to determine repairability.
• Perform necessary repairs on equipment or discard equipment that is deemed irreparable.
• Complete service requests on refurbished products within the company's SLA timeline.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment effectively to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to company protocols, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hot food equipment, including gas and electric appliances
• Knowledge of nano meters and gas meters
• Gas Safety Certification and Electrical Safety Certification are a plus, but not required
• Industry knowledge and the ability to operate a mobile device for service documentation and communication
• Welding skills are a plus, but not required
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including confined spaces and outdoor environments
• Capable of standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods
