Unit Turn Technician in Chicago, Illinois at ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES CORP

Atlas Asset Management is a growing property management company operating workforce housing on the South Side of Chicago, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking technician to join our Unit Turn team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents by completing full unit turns efficiently and to a high standard.

This includes tasks like painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, basic plumbing and
electrical work, appliance installs, and general repairs needed to make units rent-ready.
You’ll play a key role in helping us minimize vacancy time while ensuring each unit meets our quality expectations.

This role works on tight turnaround timelines, so being able to stay organized, work
efficiently, and keep momentum across multiple tasks is important. We’re looking for
