In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring the retention, renewal, and expansion of key accounts within a high-impact SaaS ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client business goals and translating them into tailored growth strategies. The position requires a strong consultative mindset, focused on long-term value creation and revenue expansion. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, in complex and high-value negotiations. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to deliver a seamless customer journey. This is a highly strategic role within a fast-paced environment that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous evolution. Your work will directly influence customer success and business growth across major accounts.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships while driving strategic account growth. You will act as a consultative partner to identify expansion opportunities, increase product adoption, and maximize customer value. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a reduced portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring retention, renewal, and revenue expansion.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to each client’s goals, structure, and growth potential.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Leading complex commercial negotiations across multiple levels of client organizations.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the customer journey.
- Monitoring key performance indicators such as churn, retention, expansion, and recurring revenue.
- Participating in strategic meetings, client visits, and occasional in-person engagements when required.
To succeed in this role, you should bring solid experience managing strategic enterprise accounts within SaaS or subscription-based business models. You are a strong relationship builder with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Proven experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar roles focused on strategic enterprise clients.
- Background working with large accounts and high-revenue enterprise customers.
- Experience in SaaS environments, particularly in recurring revenue models.
- Strong track record in retention, renewal, and account expansion strategies.
- Solid understanding of business metrics such as churn, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Experience with Account-Based Management (ABM), multi-product SaaS environments, and executive-level relationships is a plus.
