Shift: Monday - Thursday 4P - 4:30A + Voluntary OT Friday!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Romi CNC lathes with Fanuc controls for production runs.

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and in-process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.

• Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with required tolerances.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine, tooling, and process issues.

• Monitor machine performance and production output to maintain quality standards.

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and setting up CNC lathes in a production machining environment.

• Previous Romi lathe experience is required.

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.

• Experience machining aerospace components or working in a tight-tolerance manufacturing environment.

• Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently after training.
