Technical Support Analyst || Petersburg, VA || Onsite

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for computers, software, Microsoft 365, and other technology systems across the organization.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
• Support PC refresh projects and office technology relocations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist users with technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Configure meeting rooms and audio/video equipment.
• Escalate critical issues to the IT Operations team when needed.

• At least 1 year of IT support or desktop support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience with asset management and technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to end users.
• Experience with PC refresh projects is preferred.
• Office relocation and EHR implementation experience are a plus.
