Job Description

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a Service Desk Technician Level I to support a federal IT services program. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment while supporting mission-critical operations.

Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop, laptop, thin-client and peripheral support
  • Manage user accounts and access requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues
  • Respond to tickets through ServiceNow, telephone, and remote support channels
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and escalation activities
  • Support Microsoft Windows environments and end-user technologies
  • Public Trust
  • Minimum 2 years IT Help Desk experience including Help Desk Administration and User Support
  • CompTIA A+ may substitute for 1 year of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements

Preferred Technical Skills

Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
