Compensation:$65,000-$80,000 annually

THE POSITION: Production Recruiter
The Production Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our production facilities in Pompano Beach, FL, while also supporting hiring across manufacturing, production, operations, warehouse, and skilled trade positions at other production locations as business needs require. The person in this role will partner closely with hiring managers and the People Business Partner to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering exceptional candidate experience. Successful candidates must be comfortable managing in-person interview processes and walk-in applicants in both Spanish and English.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Production Recruiter will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to our workrooms, building strong relationships with business leaders, proactively developing talent pipelines, and supporting workforce planning initiatives that help meet business objectives.
This position is based onsite 4 days / week in our production facilities in Pompano Beach, Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and pre-employment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Recruit for a variety of hourly and salaried positions across production, operations, and skilled trade roles.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
- Screen applicants, conduct in-person/phone/video interviews, coordinate interviews, support hiring events, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with the People Business Partners and production leadership to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
- Build strong relationships with production leaders and become a trusted Talent Acquisition partner for the Pompano Beach facilities.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and open positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Represent The Shade Store at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
- Stay current on employment laws and recruiting best practices to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting onsite recruiting within a manufacturing, production, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environment required.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Experience recruiting high-volume hourly manufacturing or production positions preferred.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing active and passive candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies; experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
