Qualifications:
● 2+ years of lead generating experience required
● Proven experience in managing teams
● Strong leadership and motivational skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
