Job Description

• Serve as a Systems Engineer.
• Translate Army Capability Manager requirements into system requirements.
• Conduct system and subsystem analysis and architecture/subsystem decomposition.
• Perform requirements analysis and definition, traceability, and implementation.
• Facilitate integration, verification, and maintenance of ground-based EW systems.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of:
  • Databases and software applications for EW operations.
• Collaborate across multi-functional teams for CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs.
• Participates in algorithmic design and machine learning frameworks.
• Develops presentations for support activities and/or leadership.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art processing to enhance data processing.
• Debugs and corrects system level problems and issues in conjunction with vendors.
• Supports development and documentation of overall System and Subsystem.
• Develop and manage system-level and software-level requirements and interfaces.
• Technical manager with internal/external teams within an Agile environment.
• Responsible for collaborating with other gov agencies, support orgs, and vendors.
• Engage in mission/model-based system engineering activities.
• Represent program manager in technical and programmatic exchanges.
• Review and provide input to requirements, specifications, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Knowledge of domain specific:
  • EW principles, fires systems, and mission command systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, RadioFrequency (RF) systems, or SIGINT systems.
• Experiencing performing requirements analysis and definition.
• Experience with developing and documenting overall:
  • System and Subsystem Level design, function, and performance criteria.
• Experiencing reviewing and providing input to:
  • Requirements, specifications, reviews, and presentations material.

Required: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph
