Job Description
You’re the kind of person who keeps things cooking—literally. In this role, you’re at the center of the chip-making process, managing the fry from start to finish. It’s fast, it’s hot, and it takes focus—but you take pride in getting it right.

- You’re a team player who communicates and steps in when needed
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating kettles and monitoring the frying process
- Assisting the Lead Kettle Operator and stepping in as needed
- Maintaining oil levels and adjusting equipment (including slicers)
- Coordinating with prep and packing teams
- Inspecting product for quality and food safety
- Completing logs and reporting any issues
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and keeping your area organized
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hot, noisy environment
- Physical stamina to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn

Pay: $19.75/hr. Rate includes $19 base rate & a $0.75 Team B differential.
