Entry-Level Nurse Practitioner - Remote (CA) - $53/hour - Per Diem

$53/hour, Per diem, flexible shifts you control. This is real NP experience, the kind where you build clinical confidence and judgment without being thrown straight into a chaotic floor on day one.

You'd be joining early, while this remote care model is still taking shape. Your feedback and habits help set the standard for the NPs who come after you.

• Annual Medical Clearance exams (Good Faith Exams), focused video/audio visits confirming a patient is cleared for treatment
• Real conversations with patients about their care, not crisis mode all day
• Working from wherever you do your best work, no commute, no office
• Helping shape how a brand new remote care program runs, as an early member of the team

• $53/hour
• Full training in 2-3 days, no long, drawn-out ramp-up
• 100% remote, work from anywhere in California
• Per diem, flexible shifts, you pick when you work

• Where: Fully remote, must be based in and licensed in California
• When: Per diem, flexible shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST, some weekend availability required

• Active, unrestricted California NP license with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C) certification
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, focused visit schedule
• Reliable wifi and a private, HIPAA-appropriate space
