Job Description

Sales Enablement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, content, communication, technology, and performance coaching within a distributed field organization. You will help turn strategic priorities into practical tools, playbooks, training resources, and field experiences that improve sales performance. Working closely with program leaders and regional sales executives, you will drive adoption and ensure teams have the resources they need to succeed. A key focus will be building consistent performance coaching frameworks and supporting the rollout of sales technologies. You will also monitor enablement metrics, identify adoption gaps, and use field feedback to continuously improve programs. This is an opportunity for an experienced enablement professional to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving wealth management environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, organize, and maintain a centralized content hub that serves as a reliable source of truth for regional sales leaders and program teams, while keeping sales collateral, talk tracks, playbooks, and competitive positioning materials current and aligned with brand standards.
  • Drive adoption of enablement playbooks and resources across the field by developing rollout strategies, tracking usage, gathering feedback, and continuously improving materials.
  • Translate strategic direction from program leadership into practical, field-ready content, tools, frameworks, and experiences that support sales execution.
  • Develop and manage field communication cadences, including newsletters, launch communications, and messaging that keeps distributed sales teams informed, aligned, and engaged.
  • Support launch readiness for new programs, initiatives, and tools by coordinating timelines, training materials, and field-facing communications.
  • Build practical performance coaching frameworks, including call scoring rubrics, skill progression models, role-play structures, and deal review cadences.
  • Support the rollout of coaching resources that enable regional leaders and managers to coach with greater consistency and rigor, embedding these frameworks into onboarding, ongoing development, and field communications.
  • Track and report on coaching engagement and adoption in partnership with program managers.
  • Support the evaluation, implementation, training, and adoption strategy for conversation intelligence or performance coaching technology if such a platform is introduced.
  • Monitor sales technology and tool adoption, identify usage gaps, and develop targeted campaigns to improve engagement across the field.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the sales technology stack, including CRM and enablement platforms, and serve as a resource for field-related questions.
  • Track enablement metrics and produce regular reporting on content engagement, tool adoption, program readiness, and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Contribute to measuring enablement impact on business outcomes, including win rates, regional leader ramp time, and conversion metrics.
  • Operate within a RACI-aligned model, owning or being accountable for content, communications, and tool adoption while contributing to strategy, execution optimization, and program-level performance measurement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a closely related field, ideally within financial services or a distributed sales organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building performance coaching frameworks from the ground up, including call scoring rubrics, skill progression models, role-play structures, and deal review processes for field sales teams.
  • Proven ability to design and manage content libraries, sales playbooks, communications, and enablement resources for distributed teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, work independently, and consistently deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM technology, with Salesforce preferred, as well as sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence or performance coaching technologies such as Gong, Chorus, or Salesloft; previous implementation experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with purpose.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the role.
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority.
  • Genuine interest in wealth management and motivation to develop within the industry.
  • Ability to work standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours when required to meet business or client needs.
  • Comfortable working from a professional office or dedicated home-office environment with the technology required to perform the role.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $105,000–$120,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including geographic location, experience, education, skills, and licenses or certifications.
  • Eligibility for incentive compensation through an applicable incentive compensation program.
  • Company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Supplemental life and AD&D, short-term disability, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.
  • Three Cigna medical plan options, including two high-deductible health plans and a traditional co-pay plan.
  • Kaiser medical plans available in California.
  • Health Savings Account with company contributions for employees enrolled in an eligible high-deductible health plan.
  • Two comprehensive dental plan options and vision insurance.
  • Dependent Care Savings Account for eligible child and dependent care expenses.
  • 14 company-paid holidays, including a full week off at Thanksgiving.
  • Generous paid time off for vacation and sick days.
  • Employee Assistance Plan and Family Medical Leave.
  • 8 weeks of paid parental leave, with additional maternity support through applicable disability and parental leave benefits.
  • Adoption assistance reimbursement program.
  • Company-paid concierge services supporting a range of personal and family care needs.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with Traditional and Roth options, per-pay-period matching, and an after-tax contribution option.
  • Pet insurance.
  • Personalized financial planning and guidance from internal professionals at preferred employee pricing.
  • Flexible national footprint with the ability to work remotely in the United States.
  • Initial application deadline of October 16, 2026; applications received afterward may continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
