  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear insights, risks, and recommendations
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities and driving consensus

Project Management & Governance Excellence

  • Own end‑to‑end project delivery across the full lifecycle (intake, discovery, planning, execution, closure, and benefits realization)
  • Apply EPMO standards, methodologies, and tools consistently while adapting approaches to the complexity of the initiative
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts
  • Ensure financial, scope, schedule, and benefit commitments are actively managed and transparently reported

Business Outcomes & Benefits Realization

  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and benefit targets in partnership with sponsors and business owners
  • Track and report on value realization, outcomes, and adoption post‑implementation
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, execution quality, and enterprise maturity

EPMO Contribution & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the EPMO, governance models, and delivery practices
  • Mentor and coach project managers and delivery team members as needed
  • Act as a role model for enterprise delivery excellence, strategic thinking, and collaboration

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present concise, data‑driven updates and recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through ambiguity
  • Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management
  • Experience working within an EPMO, PMO, Transformation Office, or similar enterprise delivery function
