This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced automotive logistics environment, where you will help ensure the smooth movement of vehicles across Canada through a modern, technology-driven platform. You will act as a key operational and customer support link between transporters, shippers, and internal sales teams, ensuring orders are accurately managed and continuously progressing. The position combines customer service, logistics coordination, and operational problem-solving, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows at once. You will interact directly with customers through phone, email, and messaging, providing support, training, and issue resolution while maintaining a high standard of service. The role also involves supporting order accuracy, pricing validation, and coordination of transportation workflows in real time. This is a highly dynamic position where your responsiveness and organizational skills directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will coordinate logistics operations and customer interactions while ensuring smooth order execution and strong support across transporter, shipper, and sales workflows.
- Provide direct customer support to transporters, shippers, and internal sales teams through phone, email, text, and video communication.
- Support transporter onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing relationship management to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Manage order entry, updates, and progression to ensure accuracy, pricing integrity, and timely movement of shipments.
- Coordinate logistics exceptions, resolve operational issues, and identify inefficiencies to keep orders flowing smoothly.
- Maintain and update internal systems and external platforms with shipment details, quotes, invoices, and operational changes.
- Assist with quoting coordination, impound payout tracking, and invoicing-related activities.
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks, client updates, and operational follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate documentation and continuous communication across all stakeholders involved in the logistics process.
You bring strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics or operations environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general internet tools.
- Previous call center, customer service, logistics, or transportation experience is considered an asset.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn technical systems and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume operational setting.
- Competitive compensation of $54,000 to $59,000 CAD annually, plus potential performance-based earnings.
