In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary squads to design, execute, and optimize manual and automated testing strategies for complex digital products and customer-facing systems. You will contribute directly to improving software reliability, user experience, and delivery quality while fostering a strong quality assurance culture throughout the organization. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated testing across all software testing levels such as unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing.
  • Design, execute, and manage detailed test plans and test cases for projects involving multiple platforms and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure adequate test coverage, prioritize testing activities, and communicate testing progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Promote QA productivity and process optimization through automation frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics and indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.
  • Advocate for a quality-first mindset across teams and contribute to the adoption of testing standards and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Interact with local and global technology teams to support alignment, collaboration, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technology fields is considered a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of B2C mobile business flows and customer service systems.
  • Proven experience with functional, manual, and automated testing practices.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans using tools such as ALM Octane and Jira.
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with AI agents and LLM testing is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong adaptability, resilience, analytical thinking, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Candidates must reside in São Paulo-SP or Curitiba-PR, despite the remote work model.
