This role is a key strategic hiring partner supporting a high-growth organization operating in a fast-evolving energy sector. You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical and complex roles that directly enable business expansion and operational success. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will shape hiring strategies, define success profiles, and influence workforce planning decisions. You will build proactive talent pipelines for both current and emerging skill needs in a competitive market. This position has a direct impact on the organization’s ability to scale and deliver on its long-term growth and sustainability goals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including intake sessions, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and strategic hiring plans aligned with growth priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, technical, and emerging capability roles.
- Provide expert guidance on talent market trends, compensation positioning, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Conduct structured assessments and deliver clear, data-informed hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency of outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within energy, infrastructure, industrial, or technical environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic talent advisor.
- Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success in building pipelines for specialized roles.
- Excellent judgment in assessing technical, commercial, and leadership talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
