ABOUT THE ROLE

Nadel is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in getting the details right. You’ll work throughout the fulfillment process to locate products, prepare orders for shipment, maintain accurate inventory information, and help resolve issues when they arise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
  • Use scanners, carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to locate and move products.
  • Verify orders to ensure the correct products and quantities are selected.
  • Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Label packages with accurate shipping and delivery information.
  • Coordinate with the shipping team to help ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
  • Update order and inventory systems with accurate order status and inventory information.
  • Identify and communicate missing products, incorrect quantities, damaged items, or other order discrepancies.
  • Help resolve fulfillment issues to keep orders moving efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow established procedures for safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, accurate, productive, and willing to work as part of a team. You don’t need years of warehouse experience, but you should be comfortable working in an active environment and learning established processes.

  • Ability to follow instructions and established warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

  • Willingness to learn different aspects of the fulfillment operation.
  • Commitment to following workplace safety and security procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management and shipping systems.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or related experience is helpful but not required.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or shipping software is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures dn noise levels
