Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support facility maintenance operations, position is based at the Nashville International Airport (BNA). This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable performing a variety of basic maintenance and facility upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform light handyman and general maintenance tasks
• Complete basic repairs and facility upkeep
• Paint walls, doors, fixtures, and other areas as needed
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic lighting maintenance
• Stock and organize maintenance supplies and materials
• Assist with keeping facility areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate issues to management
• Assist with other facility maintenance projects as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or facilities experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Ability to perform hands-on work and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with facility maintenance

Schedule & Growth

This is a part-time position starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the employee demonstrates success in the role and operational needs increase. The schedule will primarily consist of weekday hours.

Employment Type: Part Time

Pay: $20.00 Per hour

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and obtain airport badging.
• Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Capable of bending, twisting, lifting and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods of time.
• Perform general manual labor.
• Comfortable working in safety sensitive environments, heights and tight spaces.
• Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
• Veterans must provide the form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
